All supplies and materials are included to insure that when you begin your electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems you will be happy to have a finished product.  It is suggest that you take advantage of laying out the system before assembly and installation. This will give you better results and insure that you are putting all of the parts where they belong and assist in making the right measurements before installation

One of the concepts of this package is efficiency by design. The materials chosen to cover interior walls and ceiling are durable and easily attached.  These products are finished products, so they do not require additional finishing processes. Although they can be finished differently if you so choose.  The flooring is the same in all rooms, and it is 12 ft wide vinyl with a textured oak wood flooring  design. Since the rooms are all 12 ft are less there will be no need for seams in the middle of the rooms. All kitchen  cabinets  are  preassemble  and are stainable. Build your own shelves, materials are  included to enhance the wonderful closet space on the rear end of your new home.  Install all light fixtures and switch plates, put in plumbing fixtures, appliances, aircondition unit, all included with this your home package kit and begin enjoying your new home.
